Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders below 16oz packed weight will be shipped First Class USPS. A tracking number will be included with your shipping notification email.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $20 within the municipal limits of Madison, WI. For orders under $20, we charge $5 for local delivery.
Deliveries are available from 12-7pm on Tue-Fri. We will contact you via direct message with the contact information you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 100 S. Baldwin St, Madison, WI. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3-5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 1-6 on Tue-Fri. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
TacoCat Creations grants returns or exchanges on a case-by-base basis. All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned or exchanged items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
If you have an issue with your product or purchase, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the review process. If your product or purchase is deemed acceptable for replacement or exchange, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return/exchange and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 3-5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

A $5 restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $50.
